Pro's
Performed for well over 2 1/2 hours, which is impressive
definite crowd energy, DMB is these peoples Messiah
Hope that as all these like minded, like dressed people grow up that maybe they would also appreciate some of the aspects of DMB's music, so Jazz and big band type sounds will continue to be popular
DMB is not the Killers
Really gets into some of the songs, when he wants to try, he goes after it
A poster child for what good doses of "mary" can do for a person

Con's
Played for a significant amount of time, but I think he played like 2 songs since they sit and jam all night long, this would be great if I was outside, high, and naked. Not so much in the Target Center
Camera policy, I have been to a few shows in the day, and I was yelled at TWICE for trying to take a photo with my cell phone. Was not noted on the ticket, heaven forbid the precious DMB has a picture taken.
BOREDOM, I played Bubble Breaker on my phone during one of the long ass songs that no one has ever heard of, bought a lot more beers (at $7 each) because I could get back and forth easily during half a song.
Encore and Set List-Probably the worst encore that I have EVER seen, heard, thought of, considered, dreamt about, well you get the picture. He made us wait FOREVER, then came out with some song that even the faithful had no clue what it was. It was horrible. He did end with a good song so that is cool. The set list would have been great on a second night of an Alpine show, but he rarely comes to Mpls and plays songs most of the crowd has never heard of???? Questionable.
He might have mentioned Mpls, but I do not think so, he only talked/mumbled to the crowd twice.
Affirmative Action-Not sure if we need to institute busing to DMB concerts but WOW, what a "similar" looking crowd.

All in all, I am a fan of DMB (which is odd for someone who is into SOAD and NIN), but he is there for his SUPER FANS, people who do not attend other shows, all they know is Dave, and fawn over his perceived greatness. He is a good show, but to truly enjoy his show you have to drink the kool-aid so I may not be the best person to review his shows.
